PROMARINE®-640
bonded on both sides with 0.4mm galvanised
mild steel and grooved on all edges to
accept 38mm x 3mm steel splines.
Use the floor panels in conjunction with
50mm thick mineral wool insulation underlay
to achieve A60 fire-rating.
NOTE: Fixing accessories such as splines,
filler blocks etc. are supplied with each
case of floor panels.

PROMARINE®-640 board is to be fitted on gutter bar and bulkhead,
gap to be filled with mineral fibre and
sealed with approved mastic, i.e. butyl
rubber, polyurethane or polysulphide. The
mineral fibre is to be installed right up to
the gutter bar
and bulkhead. Flush off irregularities in
the steel deck with a cement screed.
Staples should clench inward and be of the

Integrity of the A Class deck is to be
maintained at the boundaries of the deck and

floors is not to be penetrated by B Class or
combustible bulkheads and linings.
PROMARINE®-640
is to be covered with vinyl (not less than 2mm
thick) in sheet or tile form or with carpet to
be laid on either the vinyl or a carpet
underlay, with approval of the relevant
surveyor.
Maximum length and width of

boards to be used for floors is 2440mm x 610mm
respectively.
